Widgets

You can embed the Fine-Tuner widget on any webpage. Conversations with the widget will be logged and you can access them in the Logs tab. You have the ability to customize the widget's appearance and set its default message.

• Agent name: Enter the name of the agent.

• Avatar: Upload an image file for the agent's avatar.

• Default message: Set the default message of the widget when the page is loaded.

• Widget appearance: Customize the widget's background color, message bubble color, and message bubble font color. You can also set it to automatically expand upon page load on both desktop and mobile platforms.
